Introduction
A.T. PC Clinic 911 (PC911) was established on October 2006. It is a spin-off company of The Computer Gallery, Inc. (TCGI).

History of TCGI
In 1991, Spouses Angel and Myrna Natividad were in search of 20 computer units needed by their newly-established IT school in Zamboanga City. However after purchasing said units from a local computer store, they discovered that the units did not come with a warranty nor was the computer store capable of providing repair services. This made the spouses consider the idea of putting up their own computer company, one that provides both repair services and software development. Upon analysis of the market, they realized that aside from serving their own interests, the computer company can also serve the needs of their IT students’ needs and the needs of sister companies. Aside from this, they saw that the IT industry is an emerging industry in the Philippines without any good players in Zamboanga City.
Together with Mary Guenevere Cedeno, an experienced programmer from the canning industry, TCGI was established on June 18, 1992 at La Purisima corner Tomas Claudio St., Zamboanga City.

Demise of TCGI
As the only computer company that provided good service in Zamboanga City, it was expected that it would attract a lot of attention and the money would follow. However this was not the case for TCGI. The quality of service was an asset and a liability at the same time. Private companies preferred pirating TCGI technicians rather than search for technicians on their own. With the lack of competent employees, the quality of service declined. This resulted in long service time and increasing number of backjobs which cost the company its credibility. Eventually the owners decided to cut their losses and terminate all but 2 employees (1 IBM-certified technician and 1 accountant). On October 7, 2002, the company ceased sales of hardware and systems development however it still continued to provide repair services to IBM customers.
Birth of PC911
From 2002 to 2005, Zamboanga saw a change in the local IT industry. Computer shops, internet cafes and IT schools sprouted like mushrooms. The new generation of Zamboangueños was a generation of tech-savvy computer users.
Spouses Angel and Myrna Natividad noticed the change and decided to enter the IT market for the 2nd time around by establishing PC911, a new generation and more dynamic computer company as compared to TCGI. This time there would be no problem with manpower since it is easier to find IT-competent people in Zamboanga City.
